Mr. Krause provides ongoing personal and general counsel, advice, and
crisis management to individuals, families, family offices, closely held
companies and private foundations throughout the United States. He
specializes in litigation, business and estate management, Michigan,
Eastern and Western Michigan Districts of the United States District
Court, American Trial Lawyers Association, Michigan Trial Lawyers
Association, Ingham County Bar, and is licensed to practice before the
United States Tax Court.

Richard is a martial artist too.  He holds a "Master's" rank (5th Dan) in
Chung Do Kwan and cross trains in Hapkido and Aikido.

Steven E. Bangs, Attorney

Mr. Bangs graduated cum laude from Thomas Cooley Law School in
1993, where he served as a member of the Law Review.   He is
experienced in many areas of trial and Taxpayer Advocacy, including civil
cases and criminal accusations.  He routinely helps clients address and
resolve crisis confrontations.  And while he has successfully negotiated
resolutions of such matters thereby avoiding time consuming and
contentious litigation he also has extensive experience as a litigator in
civil an criminal cases and will pursue appropriate remedies in this way
when necessary.

Steven is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and Michigan, and the
United States Tax Court, and is a member of the American Bar
Association.




Richard Librizzi, Attorney
Of Counsel to the Firm

Mr. Librizzi is of counsel to the Firm.  He has nineteen years of criminal
and civil litigation experience in the federal and state courts as a member
of the Eastern and Western U.S. Federal District Court.  He also practices
extensively in the area of immigration law and civil rights and is licensed
to practice before the U.S. Department of Justice Immigration Court.  He
is fluent in Spanish as well.






H. Peter Karsten, C.P.A.

Mr. Karsten has bachelor's degree in accounting and is a Certified Public
Accountant.  He is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified
Public Accountants (MACPA).  He has over 30 years accounting and tax
experience.  He specializes in helping taxpayers who have serious
outstanding return filing responsibilities, who do not have immediate
access to information needed for return preparation and forensic
accounting.  Peter also helps with business profit, loss and pro-forma
analysis.  He is perfectly suited for the work at hand.  He is patient and
kind but diligent and thorough.


Mark D. Krause, M.D.


Doctor Krause, advises us on medical matters.  He is a board certified
anesthesiologist accomplished in the clinical, administrative and
governmental aspects of anesthesiology.  He is Chair, Anesthesiology,
Provident Hospital of Cook County and is an Assistant Professor of
Loyola Univ. Stritch School of Medicine.  Among other positions he is
Delegate IL Soc of Anes, Alternate delegate Amer Soc of Anes and has
certifications with the ABA, National Board of Medical Examiners, ATLS,
ACLS, BLS, PALS. He is licensed in IL (active), IN, CA, TN (inactive).
